Excellent. We initially had 5 valuations and after meeting with Jeremy from C J Hole, we decided to use this company. During the valuation meeting with Jeremy, he mentioned that he would ensure all his staff at the Cheltenham office would visit our property to enable them to talk confidently about the house and its features. This happened during the first week that the house was on the market. Jackie did an excellent job of showing interested couples around our home and it wasn't too long before we accepted an offer. Jenni has been outstanding in the period leading up to exchange, linking all the parties in the chain together, chasing other agents and solicitors. We had thought about using an online agent but having now completed the process, so glad we used the traditional agent and left them to negotiate the deal and complete the sale. We will be recommending C J Hole, Cheltenham to our friends and family. Thank you Jeremy and your team.

Estate Agents don't have the best of public images but my experience of CJ Hole as a purchaser has certainly been positive. I would single out Jackie Poncia for a special thank you. There was a long chain in my case, which made communication and coordination very tricky indeed. Jackie went to great lengths to establish and maintain contact with the various parties (who were not always as cooperative as they might have been) and to keep me informed. I would also like to thank Jenny, who is eminently efficient and inspires confidence. I will return to CJ Hole when I lease my flat after moving into my new home.

Just moved out of a Northwoods property and they have been amazing from the start to finish. They resolved all issues quickly and efficiently. I've now moved away from the area but wouldn't hesitate on my return to Cheltenham to allow them to find me a lovely property again.
