Great cinema but like all UK cinemas expensive. Good customer service shown when picking up our tickets and given refund due to a no show. Not so good service when not given our glasses for the IMAX. Mission Impossible looked great. One star lost due to expensive drinks candy etc.
Our first visit to this particular Cineworld and it was a broadly positive one. Although we were bang on time for our screening, there was a queue in the lobby, but staff were all very calm and helpful and they had plenty of people on hand to deal with customers, as well as a couple of self-service check-in machines. The theatre itself was clean and comfortable, but the sound was a little bit quieter than we expect from a cinema experience. Elsewhere, the till area was well-staffed with everything seemingly running smoothly and efficiently. There's a pay and display NCP car park across the main road from the cinema, although it's quite expensive. We were lucky enough to find parking in a nearby side street, which is free all day Sunday and after 6pm the rest of the week.

I love coming here for movies I'm really excited about, the staff are friendly and the service is good (sometimes a little slow when there's a popular new movie out... My advise is to order food/drinks at the bar before going into the screen).
This is a great way to watch a movie in big comfy chairs, food and drinks brought to your seat.

Great place to eat and to have a laugh, take the family, go with friends it's a fun place. They do need to add something else though in place of one of the restaurants that has been closed way too long. Not always about putting expensive things in as I think Babel will end up closing but just things people like !
Needs a few more places for entertainment rather than just food

Excellent seats very comfortable. Bar service quick and pleasant. Not over priced. Great show well worth the money. A good night out
I've been quite a few times and it's a great place to go see theatre. My issue with the place is the lack of space. I am 6 foot 4. And once I was sat at the side and wasn't physically able to sit in the seat due to the lack of leg room. However some of the seats at the rear have more space

Great little venue, a lot of history, amazing stained glass windows. The improv show was also very enjoyable.
An absolute gem of a theatre. Small and compact compared to most but it certainly helped tobmade you feel like you were part of the action. Great performance as well from a travelling company and provided something slightly different in the run up to Christmas.

Well, it depends entirely on what is on! Part of the Science Festival, it was excellent. Some years ago I saw an excellent event part of the Music Festival too.
Here for the Cheltenham Science Festival. Great venue. Leg room a bit limited so try to get a seat with extra space if you are tall.
