Our first visit to this particular Cineworld and it was a broadly positive one. Although we were bang on time for our screening, there was a queue in the lobby, but staff were all very calm and helpful and they had plenty of people on hand to deal with customers, as well as a couple of self-service check-in machines. The theatre itself was clean and comfortable, but the sound was a little bit quieter than we expect from a cinema experience. Elsewhere, the till area was well-staffed with everything seemingly running smoothly and efficiently. There's a pay and display NCP car park across the main road from the cinema, although it's quite expensive. We were lucky enough to find parking in a nearby side street, which is free all day Sunday and after 6pm the rest of the week.
Lovely area to place cinema in but every time I go the price seems to be boosted up by about a £1. Don't go enough to justify a Cineworld card, haven't the best selection of food and drink. Aloud to bring in your own though

It's a bit of a treat but we love this place.... Comfy.... Great food and service
Love it! More expensive than the regular cinema but worth it, if you have an unlimited card then you just pay the difference. The seats are huge and sooooo much leg room. Food is good too but not much of a selection so wouldn't recommend going there for dinner.

Love this place! Great for a day of activities - adventure golf, bowling, cinema, and a ton of places to eat. The area is tidy and it looks great in the evening. There's a very warm atmosphere and it's exciting to have so much in one place
Great selection of places to eat. Crazy golf and ten pin bowling with arcade.

Lovely theatre putting on a range of entertaining shows. Right in the centre of Cheltenham, so a good choice of nearby eating and snack opportunities. Very good view from the front of the Circle and a fine selection of ice-cream flavours available at the ground floor kiosk! We saw "The Flying Lovers of Vitebsk" which was just magical.
Great atmosphere and production. Good bar. Friendly staff. Seats in the balcony not good for anyone over 5ft tall.

Lovely place, full of character and great shows on here but is looking really tired and in need of more than just a paint job
An absolute gem of a theatre. Small and compact compared to most but it certainly helped tobmade you feel like you were part of the action. Great performance as well from a travelling company and provided something slightly different in the run up to Christmas.

The venue is badly laid out as there is always a confusion as to which way to go when you enter through the main entrance. The auditorium is a nice compact size but the seats are uncomfortable.
Really nice theatre. Photographed Childrens theatre here
